Return and Refund Policy

At Amla Art Jewelry , we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with our products. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward return and refund policy to make the process as easy as possible.

Returns

  • Eligibility: You may return eligible items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange, as long as the item is in its original condition and packaging, unworn and free from damage or alteration.
  • Ineligible Items: Certain items are not eligible for return or exchange due to hygiene or personalization reasons, such as earrings (for pierced ears) and engraved or personalized jewelry, unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
  • Return Process : To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at amla.artcreations@gmail.com to request a return authorization. Once approved, carefully package the item and ship back to us using a trackable shipping method. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective item.
  • Klarna: If you have chosen the Klarna payment method (3x interest-free installments):
    • Exchanges: if you make an exchange for an item with a lower value than the initial purchase, the difference will be refunded in the form of a voucher. If the exchange is for an item of higher value than the initial purchase, you will have to pay the difference. If you do so in the Showroom, it will be with the available payment methods.
    • Returns: if you make a partial or total return of the order, it will be carried out by Klarna, through respective platform, within a maximum period of 10 working days.

Refunds

  • Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 15 business days of receiving your returned item. Please note that it may take longer for the refund to reflect back to your original payment method depending on the financial institution.
  • Original Payment Method : Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for purchase. If the original payment method is no longer available, we will issue the refund in the form of store credit or another mutually agreed upon method.

Exchanges

  • Exchange Process : If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, style or color, please contact our customer service team to arrange the exchange within 14 days of delivery. Exchanges are subject to product availability and must meet the same eligibility criteria as returns.

Damaged or Defective Items

  • Quality Assurance : We pride ourselves on the quality of our products and strive to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately upon receipt, and we will arrange a replacement or refund, including any return shipping costs.
